- Voice & Chat Content: audio captured during talk sessions, transcriptions, and text messages.
- Parent Settings: time limits, plan selection, and safety preferences.
Collected automatically:
- Usage Data: session duration, feature usage, subscription status, app version.
- Device Data: device model, OS version, diagnostics/crash logs (if enabled).
- Purchase Data: subscription status via Apple (we do not store full payment information).
How We Use Information
- Provide and personalize lessons, responses, and recommendations.
- Enforce daily talk-time limits and subscription entitlements.
- Improve reliability, safety, and performance (including diagnostics).
- Prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse; comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising SDKs.
Children’s Privacy
BrightBox is intended for use with a parent/guardian’s oversight.
If we learn we collected personal information from a child without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it.
